				<html:p>WHEREAS, Between March and April of 2025, President Trump signed executive orders targeting Perkins Coie LLP (Perkins), Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP (“Paul Weiss”), Jenner & Block LLP (“Jenner”), Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP (“WilmerHale”), and Susman Godfrey LLP (Susman); and</html:p>
