Existing law generally provides financial support for cities and counties to provide public safety services, including, among other funding, moneys allocated through the Local Revenue Fund 2011 and its accounts. This bill would state the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation to provide cities and counties funding to support public safety services and pay public safety services costs. |
