Existing law prohibits a public entity from permitting an ineligible contractor or subcontractor to bid on, work on, or be awarded a public works project, and requires that every public works project contain a provision regarding this prohibition. Existing law declares that a contract entered into between a contractor and an ineligible subcontractor is void. |
