Existing law specifies requirements for the printing of ballots used in California elections, including requirements regarding a ballot’s layout, font size, and instructions to voters. Existing law prohibits casting or counting a ballot that is not printed in substantial compliance with these requirements. This bill would make a nonsubstantive change to that provision. |
