<html:p>Existing law, the Nursing Practice Act, establishes the Board of Registered Nursing. Existing law requires the board to prepare and maintain a list of approved school of nursing whose graduates are eligible to apply for a license to practice nursing, as provided. </html:p>
<html:p>This bill would require the board to make this list available on its internet website. The bill would also make nonsubstantive changes.</html:p>

an engagement, made in another state or country, requiring them to accompany and care for a patient temporarily residing in this state during the period of such engagement, a nurse legally qualified by another state or
country may give nursing care to such patient in this state.</html:p>
