Existing law, for purposes of those provisions, defines “plan area” to mean territory included within a community revitalization and investment area.</html:p>

<html:p>As used in this division, the following terms have the following meanings:</html:p>
<html:p>
(a)
<html:span class="EnSpace"/>
“Authority” means the Community Revitalization and Investment Authority created pursuant to this division.
</html:p>
<html:p>
(b)
<html:span class="EnSpace"/>
“Plan” means a community revitalization and investment plan and shall be deemed to be the plan described in Section 16 of Article XVI of the California Constitution.
</html:p>
<html:p>
(c)
<html:span class="EnSpace"/>
“Plan area” means the territory included within a community revitalization and investment area.
</html:p>
<html:p>
(d)
<html:span class="EnSpace"/>
“Revitalization project” means a
physical improvement to real property funded by the authority.
