<html:p>Upon the filing required by Section 59350, the clerk shall give notice of the filing and of a time to be fixed in the notice by the clerk when all persons interested in the acquisition and cancellation of the original bonds, the diagram, or assessment will be heard by the legislative body.</html:p>
