<html:p>WHEREAS, The basis for the continuity of any society is education, and in the great State of California the education of our youth is a priority; and</html:p>

<html:p>WHEREAS, “Chabad” is an acronym of three Hebrew words for “wisdom, understanding, and knowledge”; and</html:p>

<html:p>WHEREAS, The name “Lubavitch” comes from the city which served as the movement’s headquarters for over a century and means city of love; and</html:p>
