<html:p>WHEREAS, Bridging Outstanding Opportunities with Tradeswomen Skills (B.O.O.T.S.) is a four-week preapprenticeship program designed by the Southwest Mountain States Carpenters Training Fund to empower and assist women who are interested in becoming a union carpenter; and</html:p>
