<html:p>WHEREAS, February 20, 2025, is recognized nationally and internationally as Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day; and</html:p>

<html:p>WHEREAS, Women have historically made invaluable contributions to the diverse fields of engineering, yet remain underrepresented in both educational pathways and the professional workforce; and</html:p>

<html:p>WHEREAS, In 1970, only about 3 percent of recorded engineers were women; and</html:p>
