<html:p>A warrant of arrest shall specify all of the following:</html:p>

(a)

The name of the defendant or, if it is unknown to the magistrate, judge, justice, or other issuing authority, the defendant may be designated therein by any name.

(b)
<html:span class="EnSpace"/>
The time of issuing the warrant.
</html:p>
<html:p>
(c)
<html:span class="EnSpace"/>
The city or county where the warrant is issued.
</html:p>

(d)
<html:span class="EnSpace"/>
The signature of the magistrate, judge, justice, or other issuing authority issuing the warrant, including the title of their
office and the name of the court or other issuing agency.
